I was one of those mall walkers who enjoyed each time he was there. He had his special place on the bench with all his men friends. I was one of three ladies that walked together and he always had a funny remark to us. He had the best sense of humor. He was special. I will miss him and was so saddened yesterday to hear of his passing. My sympathy to his wife and all his family and friends. Jody Dodson

I had my uncle Gene in my life for 60 years! He was more like a father to me at times. He always listened and loved to eat chocolate pie! I loved making chocolate pies for him. He will be missed by me and by so many other family and friends. RIP uncle Gene.

My dear Ms Johnson... I am so sadden to hear about Mr Johnson.. I was blessed to have him in my life for the last 45 years..I loved to sit and discuss the life and times and was truly grateful to get to spent time with him last Friday.
